What Inspector stores, and the limits to plan around
Understand project and evidence limits, browser drafts, cloud records and support scope before subscribing.
Per card project
A portable or cloud card project can be up to 40 MiB (41,943,040 bytes). Each card can contain up to 20 evidence attachments. Each encoded attachment is limited to 10 MiB of data-URL text (about 7.5 MiB of media); combined evidence is limited to 20 MiB of encoded text (about 15 MiB of media). The workbench labels these approximate media sizes as MB. Encoding, full images and checkpoints all count toward the 40 MiB project limit.
Keep up to six named checkpoints. Each checkpoint retains its own evidence copy, which counts again toward project size. Each project image is limited to 36 megapixels and 16,384 pixels per dimension. Supported evidence formats are PNG, JPEG, WebP, MP4 and WebM. Short clips are easier to fit within the evidence allowance. When nearing a limit, download a customer evidence pack and individual originals before removing an attachment or older checkpoint. Keep the page open if a save fails; the existing saved project is not replaced by an invalid or oversized upload.
Choose what you retain
A local draft belongs to the same browser profile and website origin. Clearing browser data, private browsing or storage eviction can remove it. One workbench tab owns draft saving at a time.
Cloud saving is explicit and private to the owner until they publish a customer copy or grant named review access. Export portable projects and reports for independent retention. After cancellation, failed payment or a billing outage, sign in and open Saved records in your account to download projects, delete records or revoke sharing. There is no cancellation countdown: access lasts while your account and records exist. Cancellation does not automatically delete records or revoke existing links and reviews. Saved projects have no current automatic expiry or published account-wide allowance; this is not unlimited storage or a permanent backup guarantee. Contact support for account deletion or exceptional access help.
Browser and support scope
The current automated workbench checks use desktop Chromium and responsive layouts down to 320 px. That is software regression coverage, not certification of every browser, phone or physical camera.
Support covers Inspector account, billing and workflow questions through info@cardrevive.com.au. Include reproducible steps and your browser/OS. A contractual response-time or uptime guarantee is not included in the published plan.
Inspector is an operator-led inspection and record tool. CardRevive AI Grader is a separate product with a separate subscription; Inspector does not use AI to diagnose the card or promise a grade.
The PDF uses supplied card images and operator-entered demonstration observations. It is not a customer case study or an independent assessment of the sample card. The sample workflow is deliberately limited; saved projects and cloud sharing are available in the subscribed workbench.
