Start with a saved scan, then test your camera setup with a short repeatable checklist.
Start with a saved image
Use a current desktop Chromium browser for the documented workbench test path. Load a clear front scan and then the reverse. Check the side labels before adding observations. Direct scanner acquisition uses an optional local bridge and is a separate setup.
Keep the full original. If you crop or rotate, preview the change and restore the original if an edge is missing. Add an observation and export a customer report, then save and reopen the project.
Test a camera before relying on it
Connect the camera, allow browser permission, choose the device and check focus, exposure and framing. A microscope close-up should be attached to the corresponding full-card record; it does not replace the full front/back capture.
Try a second capture, disconnect/reconnect and permission recovery. Record the exact device model, operating system/browser version, resolution, stand, distance and lighting. Current automated browser tests do not certify physical camera compatibility.
Recover without losing the record
If cloud saving fails, keep the current page open and export a portable project or report. Retry cloud saving when service returns. A successful download request still needs checking in your browser’s Downloads folder.
If camera access is denied, use a saved image while correcting site permissions. For support, include the browser/device, the action that failed and the visible error; remove customer information before sending screenshots.
Inspector is an operator-led inspection and record tool. CardRevive AI Grader is a separate product with a separate subscription; Inspector does not use AI to diagnose the card or promise a grade.
The PDF uses supplied card images and operator-entered demonstration observations. It is not a customer case study or an independent assessment of the sample card. The sample workflow is deliberately limited; saved projects and cloud sharing are available in the subscribed workbench.
